Chinedu Fidelis Nnabuihe, FCA, is a seasoned finance and business executive with over two decades of strategic leadership experience spanning banking, auditing, and health insurance. He has held senior roles at KPMG, United Bank for Africa (UBA), and Diamond Bank, where he built expertise in finance, commercial banking, corporate governance, and operational transformation.
He is currently the Managing Director of ProHealth HMO Limited, where he is recognised for championing innovation, driving operational efficiency, and positioning the institution for sustainable growth in Nigeria’s dynamic healthcare sector. His leadership is defined by a strong capacity to navigate complex regulatory environments while steering organisations toward long-term competitiveness.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Mr. Nnabuihe is also an active member of several professional associations in finance and healthcare. He holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and an MBA in Banking and Finance and is presently pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Governance.
He brings to the Board a rare blend of analytical precision, strategic foresight, and execution discipline, backed by a proven record of delivering measurable results. His career reflects a deep commitment to applying financial insight to executive decision-making, advancing sustainable business models, and fostering institutional excellence across industries including finance, ICT, and health insurance.

With over 19 years in the financial services industry, I have held diverse roles spanning wealth management, cash management, commercial banking, fund management, and fixed-income trading. Through all these experiences, I found my greatest fulfillment in working directly with individuals and families, helping them make smarter financial choices as their trusted advisor.
I have had the privilege of working with clients across all walks of life—young and old, small and large families, and those with both simple and complex financial needs. As the leader of this firm, my mission is to guide our clients in building long-term wealth and achieving lasting prosperity.

Prof. Aliyu Sanusi Rafindadi
He is a distinguished Nigerian economist, academic, and public policy expert with extensive experience in university teaching, economic research, public service, and national policy formulation. He is a Professor of Economics at Ahmadu Bello University and currently serves as Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Advancement, Research and Innovation).
His academic career at ABU spans progression from Graduate Assistant to Professor, with key leadership roles including Head of the Department of Economics, Dean of the ABU Business School, and Director/Deputy Director at the International Centre of Excellence for Rural Finance and Entrepreneurship (ICERFE). He has also contributed extensively to university governance, curriculum development, and research leadership.
Beyond academia, he has played a prominent role in national economic management. He served as a Member of the Monetary Policy Committee of the Central Bank of Nigeria from 2018 to 2023 and previously worked as Special Assistant to the Chief Economic Adviser to the President. He has contributed to several high-level national initiatives spanning fiscal policy, trade, industrial development, and economic planning.
He holds a PhD in Economics and an MSc in International Business from Lancaster University, as well as MSc and BSc degrees in Economics from ABU. A member of the Nigerian Economic Society and Fellow of the Capital Market Academics of Nigeria (FCMA), he also serves in corporate governance roles, including as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Opay Digital Services Ltd. His career reflects a strong blend of academic excellence, policy influence, and institutional leadership.

Mai Moustapha Muhammed, FCS
He is a highly experienced Nigerian investment, pensions, and capital markets executive with over three decades of professional experience across asset management, pension administration, securities trading, and corporate leadership. Known for his solution-centric approach, he has a strong track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams, driving productivity, and delivering results through innovation, excellence, transparency, and empathy.
He served as Executive Director, Investment, Finance and Corporate Resources at FCMB Pensions Limited, where he oversaw investment management, financial control, and corporate resources, with responsibility of over ₦1 trillion in assets under management and more than 300 staff.
His earlier career spans senior leadership roles across Nigeria’s financial services industry, including Managing Director of PHB Capital & Trust Limited, Head of Business Development at Penman Pensions, Executive Partner at Stratecon International Limited, and senior roles at IMB Securities, New Africa Merchant Bank, Continental Merchant Bank, and Investicon Nigeria Limited. He is widely credited with pioneering Nigeria’s pension industry, having led the establishment of the first legally backed contributory pension scheme in Nigeria for Jigawa State and its local governments in 2002, and managing the scheme’s growth until 2009.
He holds an MBA in Finance and a B.Sc. in Actuarial Science/Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and has completed extensive executive and professional training locally and internationally. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria, Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria, Fellow of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, and a Member of the Institute of Directors, and has been an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange since 1989.

Jean Chiazor Anishere, SAN
Jean Chiazor Anishere is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria and one of the country’s most prominent maritime and admiralty lawyers, as well as a highly regarded author and legal scholar. She has written five volumes of Essays in Admiralty, published by Petrospot UK, with her works widely referenced and held in British Council Libraries. She also serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Admiralty Law Reports of Nigeria (Volumes 1–32), a definitive compilation of admiralty judgments from the Federal High Court to the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
She holds an LL.B from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), an LL.M from the University of Lagos, a Master’s degree in Transport Management from Ladoke Akintola University, and a Certificate of Merit in Anatomy of Shipping from the Cambridge Academy of Transport, UK. Called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986, she was sworn in as a Notary Public by the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1990.
Jean Chiazor Anishere has received numerous national and international awards, including International Woman of the Year and International Professional of the Year, in recognition of her outstanding contributions to law and the maritime industry. She has held and continues to hold extensive leadership and membership roles in leading national and international professional bodies, arbitration institutions, and maritime organizations, contributing significantly to legal reform, dispute resolution, and industry development. She is the Principal Partner of Jean Chiazor & Partners, a leading maritime law firm based in Apapa, Lagos, and she is widely recognized for her influence, expertise, and leadership in maritime law in Nigeria and beyond.
She is currently the Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Ports Consultative Council and also serves as a member of the Advisory Board of Almond Insurance Consults, further underscoring her influence and leadership across the maritime, ports, and financial services ecosystem.
